How long is shipping and processing ? 

- Our shipping processing time is 1-3 business days subject to change depending on weather conditions  

What is the difference between the calendar book and the planner 

- The planner has 12 templates to follow each month to organize your budget including goal setting page for the year and a calendar within the book. Also includes monthly budget template/weekly and biweekly templates. With a variety of trackers for spending and debt. The calendar book is just a 12 month calendar with a grocery list. It was a limited edition product to go with our very first planners that didn't include a calendar. 

How do we turn off our budget calculators

- Budget calculators do not have an off button. Usually after 5 minutes they turn off on their own. Please remove battery if you worry it will take too long to turn off. 

What time zone are private sessions in ? Are we able to book early? 

-All private sessions are during the evening times in the central time zone. If you are unable to find a time slot that works for you please email us so we can set up a time that will work better for you to get you taken care of ! 

Are we able to resell any templates? 

- I have copyrighted and trademarked my products and they are not to be resold or copied. 

How do I know how to use my planner? 

-To make your budget journey as easy as possible we have multiple budget examples on our youtube channel to get you started as well as private sessions available upon booking. Youtube attached below

How do we get our 50% off discount if we finished our first year? 

- Once you complete your first planner after a year of using it and can send proof of filled out planner to us at Jaliyah.Kreationz@gmail.com you be granted your own discount code to continue your financial journey with us! 

Do we accept returns? 

- Returns are given at owners discretion. All digital planner sales are final. But if a regular planner is not filled out we can still process the return if in great condition. Product must not be used or written in!
